Return products

You can request the return of delivered products if you are in one of the situations below;
The procedure to follow, however, is as follows:
Request by email to business@flershop.com , after which you will receive a return number (RMA number) and further instructions, if applicable.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of taking physical possession of the product.

*Watch out! CALENDAR DAYS, not WORKING DAYS!

You can request the return of products for the following situations:
– Product does not conform to the specifications on the website
If the ordered product proves not to be in accordance with the specifications of our offer, you can request its return for replacement. If the replacement with a higher value product is agreed, you will pay the difference, or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if any, shall be borne by SC. ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING S.R.L
– Non-functional products within 24 hours of receipt or parcels showing damage
If the product received is not functional within 24 hours of actual receipt, the pick-up from the SC. ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING S.R.L or home delivery by courier – you can claim this and request the return of the product within this period in order to replace it with a new product.
– Products delivered to you incorrectly
If you have received a product other than the one you ordered, please report this as soon as possible in order to return the product and replace it with the correct one. All costs of return and transport of the correct product will be borne by SC. ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING S.R.L

The shipping costs of returned products are borne by the customer, and when returning exchanged, repaired or refused products, the shipping costs are borne by the customer if the product was returned in conditions that led to the refusal of the return.

*NOTE

Products must be returned in the same condition as received (new and unused), in the original packaging and accompanied by all original accessories and documents. Using the products, damaging the products or putting them in an unsaleable condition leads to the refusal of the return.
