FLERSHOP – is the commercial name of SC ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality, with headquarters in VOLUNTARI, BLD. EROILOR, NO. 118, Ilfov county, registered at the Trade Register under no. J23/2748/2020, with unique registration code RO42761090
1. TERMS
1.1 Seller: FLERSHOP (SC ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL.) or any of its other partners, via the FLERSHOP.COM website
1.2 Buyer: any natural or legal person who places an order.
1.3 Customer: any natural or legal person who enters the FLERSHOP.COM website and intends to buy products.
1.4 Site: Flershop.com domain and its subdomains.
1.5 Order: it is an electronic document, through which the Buyer transmits to the Seller the intention to buy certain products from the website.
1.6 Product: goods sold by FLERSHOP (thermometers, scales, slippers, etc.)
1.7 Contract: represents an Order confirmed by FLERSHOP by which SC ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL. agrees to deliver products to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for them.
1.8 User / visitor: all natural and/or legal persons who access the website regardless of the reason.
1.9 Personal data: all the information we collect from you, based on which you can be personally identified. These may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, CNP, and for legal entities: Company name, registered office address, CUI, no. of registration Reg. Trade, delivery address, email address, telephone number and contact details of the person representing the company. All these are necessary to issue a fiscal invoice, which is accompanied by the goods sent to the Customer.
1.10 Content: digital photos, texts, product technical data, prices and other information found on the SITE. The design and content of the site are protected by the legislation on intellectual property and are entirely the property of SC ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL.
The use of the content (images, text, etc.), or any design element, without the written consent of the owner, is punishable according to the laws in force.
1.11 MEMBER: any natural or legal person who creates an account on the site. if you want to register, you must fill in all the information requested by us. The site administrator can, without any notification and reason, refuse registration or suspend an already registered user.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
2.1 The seller has the obligation to communicate all the costs of the order, the price of the products, the delivery fee, details of the ordered products.
2.2 The Seller, if he noticed that an order is doubtful, has the right to request additional information, advance payment or full payment through the bank, to ensure that the ordered products will be taken over by the Buyer. If he considers it to be a fake order, he can cancel it.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
3.1 The buyer has the obligation to provide all the information requested by the seller, in order to issue the invoice for the ordered products.
3.2 The buyer has the obligation to keep the original packaging and product labels until the completion of their assembly.
3.3 The buyer has the obligation to check the integrity of the parcels sent by FLERSHOP, when they are picked up from the courier. If these parcels are not intact (they are hit, torn, broken, etc.), it is mandatory to notify the courier and complete the report. If the package is damaged, the Buyer has the right to refuse the package.
3.4 The customer has the obligation to check the ordered products before installation.
4. LIABILITY
4.1 The characteristics or the price of the products on this website can be modified by FLERSHOP, without any prior notification.
4.2 If erroneous information appears, due to computer problems, we have the right to cancel your order.
4.3 The prices of the products on this SITE are informative and may undergo unannounced changes.
4.4 The description of the products displayed on the FLERSHOP.COM website does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of FLERSHOP.COM, they are used exclusively for presentation purposes.
4.5 FLERSHOP.COM does not assume responsibility for possible price or stock errors. These errors do not oblige FLERSHOP.COM to take any action.
5. INVOICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 The payment of the products can be made through the cash-on-delivery system, through the bank or online with a bank card.
5.2 In certain cases, when a product is not in FLERSHOP’s stock, an advance of at least 50% of the total amount is required, which you must pay at a bank, after which you must send us payment confirmation, in order to place the order . in this case, a proforma invoice is sent, and later the original invoice together with the ordered products. If the advance payment is refused to the Customer, FLERSHOP reserves the right to cancel the order.
5.3 The prices displayed on this website are expressed in RON and EURO and include 19% VAT.
6. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
6.1 Due to the displays (PC, Laptop, Tablet, Phone) as well as their settings, please note that there may be differences in shades between the colors of the products displayed on the website and the products themselves.
6.7 According to the Emergency Ordinance GEO 34/2014 if you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you can return them within 14 calendar days, in this case the transport costs are borne by the Buyer! If the deadline for returning the products has passed, we have the right to refuse to take over the package.
6.8 The products ordered on an advance basis CANNOT be returned, they are not part of the FLERSHOP stock, so please check very carefully the order and the desired products, that they meet your requirements, at the time of placing the order.
6.9 The images on this site are representative, the color of the products in reality may differ from the image on the site. (see point 6.1)
6.10 if you return the ordered products, their value will be refunded within 14 calendar days, after the parcel arrives at our unit. If after checking the returned products, we find any defect, or that the returned products are not intact, we have the right to refuse the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer, and in this case the products will be returned to the Buyer.

6.12 All products must be returned in perfect condition, as the goods were sent (with labels included), in appropriate protective packaging. If the package arrives damaged at the store, we have the right to refuse to accept it.
7. PROMOTIONS
7.1 According to the laws currently in force, we can offer you special promotions.
7.2 Promotions are valid within the limit of available stock.
8. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
8.1 Products that are in stock are delivered within 4-20 working days, after confirmation by an operator.
8.2 Products that come to order on an advance basis, are delivered according to the deadline set by the manufacturer, which can vary between 1 day and 5 weeks
8.3 Delivery is made by fast courier, anywhere in the world, where the company has its headquarters.
8.4 Please, when you pick up the package, carefully check its integrity. If the parcel is damaged, please complete a report together with the agent in which you specify the defects found. If you neglect to check the package upon collection and later find that the package has been damaged, all responsibility is yours. Parcels are checked upon collection, we do not accept subsequent complaints! Damaged products cannot be returned, according to point 6.12
8.5 The transport costs are fully borne by the Buyer!
9. CONFIDENTIALITY:
9.1 Any personal data such as: your name, address, telephone number, CNP or e-mail address that you send to us through the SITE, EMAIL or in another way will be used in compliance with the laws currently in force, related to this field (Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data)
9.2 FLERSHOP collects the data to issue the fiscal invoice, which accompanies the product purchased by the BUYER, or the proforma invoice for the payment of the requested advance in the case of customized orders.
10. PERSONAL DATA
The information of the users of the website www.flershop.com is confidential and can only be used for commercial communications with its partners. Any specific data regarding the situation and condition of the products can be obtained by contacting us online, at the coordinates included in this website.
On the www.Flershop.com website, the user is responsible for all activities that occur by accessing the personal account and password. The seller SC ETHICAL BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL cannot be held responsible for errors caused by the user’s negligence regarding the security and confidentiality of his account and password.
The processing of personal data is done in accordance with Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

12. ORDER PROCEDURE
12.1 PLACING THE ORDER: any order is made through our website, or by email to our address. We do NOT accept TELEPHONE orders. Orders are only accepted in writing.
12.2 ORDER CONFIRMATION: all submitted orders are checked and confirmed by our operators, who process your order. No order is sent without confirmation.
12.3 CLIENT UNAVAILABILITY: if our operators fail to contact a customer within 24 hours, from placing the order, the order is automatically cancelled.
12.4 SUBMITTED, UNCONFIRMED ORDER: if you have submitted an order, but you have not been contacted by the operators, within a maximum of 24 hours, please contact us. Due to servers and computer systems, it may happen that it is not registered in our system.
